For those of you who didn’t know already, our virtual 8-week Anxiety to Wellness classes will begin in January 2021!

We do have 3 different classes – a teen class, a young adult class and an adult class.

Our main goal is to deliver the best anxiety tactics in a structured setting. 

What You Will Gain From Participating:

1) You will learn how to reduce your anxiety through research-proven strategies.

There are several strategies out there that can help reduce anxiety. However, we are all different, and what works for someone may not necessarily work for you. In our classes, we will touch base on plenty of strategies, so you can find an option that works best for you. 

2) You will find support and gain encouragement through group accountability.

You can never have too many people on your team, cheering you on!

There’s something unique about group therapy that you can’t get in typical one on one sessions.

It’s always nice knowing you’re not the only one going through something.

3) Learn how to live life less restricted and increase your peace of mind:

Have you ever said no to something out of fear? If so, you are not the only one.

Just remember, anxiety does not have to control your life.

You have the ability to control it!

 

The Purpose of This Class:

Our 8-week Anxiety to Wellness classes are designed to teach you about your anxiety, deliver tips that can help you manage it, and give you the opportunity to share personal experiences with others.

The more you know about something, the easier it is to understand.
