What is Video Therapy at Palo Alto Therapy?
Video therapy, also called telehealth, is a form of online therapy where you and your therapist meet over video from any location using your phone or computer. AND you still get Palo Alto Therapy’s fantastic, highly trained therapists support and guidance.
Video therapy provides convenience, comfort, and improves accessibility. If you find these benefits appealing, video therapy may be an excellent option. All you need is reliable internet access, a device with a camera such as a phone, computer, or tablet, and a private place to talk.
Who is CBT Online Therapy For?
Video therapy can be beneficial for lots of clients, including those who really want the convenience, but still want our excellent therapy.
While video therapy is proven to be just as effective as in-person therapy, it may not be appropriate for all clients. Whether video therapy is right for you depends on your condition and the severity of your symptoms. We are happy to provide In-Person Therapy to those who prefer this option. We have therapists in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and San Jose.
Please call or text our Care Coordinators at 650-461-9026 to get started. Our therapists work on Saturdays and evenings and our administrative staff is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
How Does TeleTherapy Work?
