With spring on the horizon, the warmer weather signifies a time to make room for the new! It’s also a time to get rid of things we no longer need. With spring cleaning, we can do just that. 

But we don’t have to limit the spring cleaning to our homes. We can also clear out the clutter in our minds. Letting go of the mental clutter is just like letting go of items that no longer serve us. 

Here’s how you can get started: 

Leave Room For Mindfulness

Practicing mindfulness can help us relieve anxiety and relax the tension in our muscles. 

Especially when we experience moments of stress. It also helps to pull us back to the present moment. 

Make A Move

Another way to make room for change is by moving our bodies! When we make a move, it can boost our mood, energy and overall mindset.  We can do this by incorporating more physical activity into our routine.

Focus On Gratitude 

When we focus on the positives of every day we can remind ourselves about the amazing things we have in our lives. 

Writing a list of the things we are thankful for at the end of each day can help remind us how lucky we are. Spring is a time for renewal, and now is the perfect time to inspire more growth in all areas of life.
