We have to decide what to make for breakfast, what jacket to put on each morning, and which email to respond to first. 

Sometimes all of these decisions can feel quite overwhelming, and we can begin to question if we are making the right ones. Although we may not know what the future holds, we can become content with the unknown. 

Take A Pause

When it feels like things aren’t going our way, it’s okay to take a pause. 

We can have a moment to de-stress by pausing the task at hand, or practicing deep breathing, Doing so can give us some time to think things through and find clarity.

Change Perspective

Life can throw us many curveballs but what we can do is try to change our perspective.

If something out of the ordinary happens that changes your plan, you can change your outlook on the event. We may not be able to change what has already happened, but we can look for the lesson.

Be Confident

If we aren’t careful, it’s so easy to doubt our decision-making skills. There is no such thing as a “perfect” decision. All you can do is trust the process and be confident in the decisions you do make.You know yourself better than anyone else out there. You have what it takes to trust yourself and your decision-making skills.
