Kelly Bailey, ACSW
Kelly helps kids and families feel safe, seen, and supported. She believes every child has their own unique way of growing, learning, and expressing themselves, and that therapy can be a place where those strengths shine.
She works with children as young as four through teens, creating a warm and playful environment where big feelings can be explored and new skills can take root. She supports kids navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and other challenges, helping them build confidence, emotional regulation skills, and positive connections at home and school.
Kelly uses evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help children and families develop practical skills for lasting change. Her approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and grounded in acceptance because every child deserves to feel understood just as they are.
