Brendan works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship difficulties, school stress, behavioral concerns, and major life transitions. He brings a calm, easygoing, and welcoming presence to therapy and is mindful of moving at a pace that feels comfortable for each client.

Brendan has experience supporting children and teens in school and clinical settings. When working with children, he incorporates play therapy and age-appropriate activities to help them express feelings, build coping skills, and communicate experiences that may be difficult to put into words. He also collaborates with parents when appropriate, helping them understand their child’s needs and support progress at home. With teens, Brendan provides a relaxed, nonjudgmental space where they can speak openly and feel understood.

For adults, Brendan helps clients address anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, work stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. He draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and, when treating OCD, incorporates Exposure and Response Prevention. His approach helps clients understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck and develop practical skills they can use in daily life.

In his work with couples, Brendan draws from the Gottman Method and Emotion-Focused Therapy. He helps partners recognize cycles of conflict, communicate more clearly, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. He creates space for both partners to feel heard while keeping the work focused on understanding and constructive change.
