Hope Son, AMFT, ASW
Hope works with kids, teens, adults, and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for something to finally feel different.
She believes that growth begins with deeper self-understanding and collaborates with clients to help them identify their needs and move toward meaningful change.
In her work with couples, Hope helps partners understand each other more deeply and communicate more effectively. She supports couples in managing conflict, strengthening emotional connection, and growing friendship and trust.
Hope draws on practical, skills-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Outside of the office, Hope enjoys spending time with loved ones, organizing spaces, and helping prepare homemade meals. She may not be the chef of the household, but she proudly holds the title of sous chef to her husband.
