Laura is a compassionate, engaging therapist who combines her love for working with children and families with her experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and parenting strategies. With her help, parents will gain skills to better engage with their children, understand their needs, more effectively respond to disruptive behaviors, and ultimately improve their bond with one another.

Individuals struggling with autism spectrum disorders or struggling with social interactions will benefit from Laura’s experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with Spectrum disorders and behavioral challenges. Individual adults also benefit from Laura’s direct, yet compassionate approach wherein they will be encouraged, through CBT approaches, to transform their thoughts and actions that are causing them anxiety, depression, or stress related distress.

Laura graduated with honors from University of Redlands and received her Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from San Jose State University.
