Many of my clients are bright, thoughtful people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, ADHD, or constant self-doubt. Together we develop practical skills that make everyday life feel more manageable while building confidence and resilience. Clients often describe me as calm, collaborative, and easy to talk to while also helping them make steady progress toward their goals.

With children and teens, I support emotional regulation, behavior challenges, school stress, and social struggles. Many of the kids I see are sensitive, strong willed, anxious, or neurodivergent. Therapy is active and engaging. Younger kids learn through play and creativity while older kids build concrete coping and communication skills. I also work closely with parents so you know exactly how to respond during difficult moments at home, not just in the therapy room.

With adults, I help clients manage anxiety, burnout, relationship patterns, and major life decisions. Together we identify patterns that keep you stuck and develop clearer and more compassionate ways of responding to yourself and others. My style is collaborative and direct. Supportive, while also focused on meaningful change.

I use evidence based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion regulation skills, and family systems work. I tailor therapy to each person’s needs and balance insight with actionable strategies.

My approach is often helpful for:

I aim to help clients understand themselves more clearly, feel more confident in their responses, and build skills that last beyond therapy. In my free time I like to rock climb, ski, hike, and anything else that allows me to connect with nature. I also love to travel, read, and continue learning whenever I can. At home, I cherish time with my 16-year-old bird, who has been a longtime companion.
