About Megan Taylor, LMFT

Megan joined Palo Alto Therapy in 2017, and has been providing therapy to individuals struggling with anxiety for nearly a decade. As Clinical Lead at Palo Alto Therapy, Megan plays a key role in ensuring that our therapists provide expert-level Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients with anxiety, social anxiety, and other mental health conditions. Our goal is to help people live the life they want through individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as group therapy and support groups.
