Megan Taylor, LMFT – Clinical Operations Manager
Mental health care works best when clinicians are supported, trained, and equipped with the right tools—and that’s where Megan Taylor focuses her work. As Clinical Operations Manager, she partners with clinicians to help them deliver effective, evidence-based care so clients can make meaningful progress toward their goals.
Megan specializes in building systems, policies and training that contribute to the consistent, high-quality care at Palo Alto Therapy. With a strong foundation in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), she partners with clinicians to integrate proven approaches into their clinical work.
Megan earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California, graduating at the top of her class. She also holds a B.S. in Psychology from Westmont College, where she graduated with honors as class salutatorian and Outstanding Senior of the Psychology Department.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, puttering around her garden, and birding with her local Audubon society.
