General Information and Overview
Our Breaking Free from OCD: OCD Treatment Group for Teens is an ongoing weekly group that connects teenagers with OCD who are struggling with similar situations. This group allows for participants to openly share struggles and successes, learn how OCD works and how to manage OCD in order to feel free from it. This group will allow participants to gain encouragement, empathy, and understanding from those who know the common struggles with OCD intimately. The support and information provided will be tailored to the needs of the group.
A one-time 30-minute one-on-one initial meeting with the group facilitator is required in order to join this ongoing group. This meeting will allow you time to share a bit about your experiences and will allow for the group facilitator to get to know you better prior to joining the group to ensure this is an appropriate resource for you.
