Day: Every Tuesday Time: 4-6pm Location: San Jose
This therapist led group meets weekly and is appropriate for teens (ages 14-18) who are experiencing anxiety, depression and/or other common emotional struggles. Some common topics include goal setting, skills to manage depression & anxiety, visualization exercises, breathing techniques, communication methods, skills to overcome procrastination, and relapse prevention techniques.

When: Every Tuesday, 4pm-6pm
Who: Teens ages 14-18 who want support in reducing their stress and wish to improve their emotional well-being and social interaction.
Where: Our North San Jose location, 940 Saratoga Ave Suite 104 (very near 280).
Cost: Each 2 hour group is $85. Although we don’t take insurance directly, we are happy to assess your insurance coverage for any out-of-network benefits. You may be able to get a percentage reimbursed.
Enrollment: Ongoing and recurring after a free phone consultation with the group leader. You can cancel at any time with 24 hours notice.

Reshma has been running therapeutic groups for the past few years and does an excellent job of integrating powerful methods, CBT techniques, and most importantly gentleness and compassion to bring about emotional relief.
